Richard "Chuck" Leuck
President / Chief Executive Officer
Chuck teamed up with Saints Avenue Bank in August 2016 as its new President and CEO. Prior to joining the Bank, he spent 19 years with Enterprise Bank & Trust. He was responsible for starting Enterprise Bank & Trust of St. Charles County, and later moved into several corporate roles with Enterprise before becoming President of Business and Consumer Banking for the company. He has served on numerous community service boards. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Saints Joachim and Ann Care Service.
Chuck received his BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, IN, and MS in Agricultural Economics from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, IL.
Chief Financial Officer
Scott joined Saints Avenue Bank as Managing Director/Chief Financial Officer in January 2017. In this capacity, Scott oversees all financial management, technology, operations and administrative functions of the organization.
Scott has over 15 years of experience working in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Saints Avenue, Scott served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Consumer Auto Refinance Services (CARS). He has also held positions with OA Finance, LLC and U.S. Bank (formerly Mercantile Bank). Scott also served as Controller and member of the Executive Committee for a retail division of Hallmark Cards in Kansas City.
Scott earned a degree in Accounting from Drake University, where he was a four year letter winner for the school’s Division 1 soccer program. Scott also earned his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and is a Certified Public Accountant.
N.E. Missouri Market President, CLO
Corey joined Saints Avenue Bank as Managing Director/Chief Lending Officer in October 2016 and assumed the additional role of Market President in 2017. Corey currently oversees all banking activity in the North-East Missouri Market and is responsible for all the credit risk management functions and Consumer and Commercial Lending functions of the organization.
Corey has been in banking for over 17 years working in both Corporate Bank and Small Community Banking most recently serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer for F&M Bank and Trust Company before joining Saints Avenue Bank. He has served on several community service boards and is currently serving as Treasurer / Board of Director for the Hannibal MO YMCA and is President for the AVENUES non-profit organization for Domestic and Sexual Violence.
Corey is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking from the University of Wisconsin.
